Front End Web Developer - Futurform
August 2021 - Present
  • Redesigned/built the Futurform Workwear website using low code platform. Completed in 3 months processing over 70 orders, stocking 2177 products.
  • Wireframing page layouts and graphic design for digital assets using Adobe XD and Photoshop.
  • Research and planning of the V2 Futurform Workwear website.
  • Ensuring product data was uploaded and managed effectively, including syncing inventory data from suppliers and focusing on SEO best practices for all product data.
Digital Content Administrator - Dyson
September 2020 - August 2021
  • Responsible for building chat bots for Dyson across international markets using Bold360ai platform.
  • Liaising with Solutions Architect from LogMeIn to implement market translations and spec using a JSON file and Visual Studio Code.
  • Content administration using HTML and CSS.
  • Assisting market teams with changes to content/website using AEM, Sitecore and Magento2. Creating effective and instructional copy for chat bot articles.
  • Working on Dyson WCAG 2.1 AA Accessibility project to bring previously created Live Chat windows in line with accessibility best practices for users with disabilities.
  • Debugging of all bots prior to launch and ongoing management of issues to builds once launched and presentation of success to project managers.

  • Sole responsibility for all marketing from concept and creation to delivery across direct marketing, email marketing, social media, and our website.
  • Graphic design of marketing collateral, including leaflets to support the delivery of 780 runners for Keynsham 10K, as well as aiding in the recruitment of over 100 runners for the Bristol Half Marathon raising over £12,000 in support of Empire Fighting Chance.

  • Due to events experience gained as a Marketing Executive, after internal and divisional restructuring I became responsible for the delivery of all sales events for our region across all of our developments; from conception, planning and promotion, to logistical event management on the day.
  • Liaising with directors, divisional Marketing Executives, sales teams, and external partners to inform and delight our customers at events, and ultimately to drive sales. Learning from analysis of visitor data, with support of Group Marketing Insights Manager.

  • Initial responsibilities included data, local press and signage. Due to business change, my role shifted to delivering marketing for six developments, across digital/direct and graphic design.
  • Planning/implementing high value, multi-functional campaigns. Working with Universal McCann/McCann PR to drive leads.
  • Hands on email marketing using Pure360 platform, regularly sending emails regarding offers or events to our database.
  • Daily management of Episerver CMS to manage our developments website pages, including optimising images for better page speeds/SEO. Monitoring web leads and conversion of goals using Google Analytics, taking steps to improve these metrics.
  • Use of Falcon platform to manage and produce social media posts across Facebook and Twitter, responding to customer queries and concerns.
  • Producing graphic design, direct mail, and digital assets. Project managing delivery of brochures and other collateral, from concept to print. Using Adobe Creative Suite to manipulate images, place assets, typeset and copywrite in adherence with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
